Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your mostlovedbikini.com purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to help with a return or exchange.

Please note: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Visit our online Returns Portal.
  2. Enter your order number and email address to access your order.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  4. Choose your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  5. Follow the instructions to print your prepaid shipping label.
  6. Pack your return, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest post office or authorized drop-off location.

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your request.

Return Shipping:

We provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience for all returns and exchanges. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We highly recommend selecting the exchange option if you need a different size. This ensures the item is reserved for you. If the new size is a different price, you will be charged or refunded the difference.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will gladly assist you and arrange for a replacement or refund.

International Returns & Duties:

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for these charges. Return shipping for international orders is at the customer’s expense.
